Enclavix CEO Recognized for a Second time as One of Utah's Top Entrepreneurs

Nicole Toomey Davis Listed in the vSpring Capital 2005 v|100, Representing Individuals Most Likely to Lead a Successful New Venture

Salt Lake City, UT (March 3, 2005) – Enclavix™, LLC today announced that for a second time, its President and CEO, Nicole Toomey Davis, was selected by Utah's entreprenurial community as one of the top entrepreneurs in Utah.  She was recognized as one of the v|100, the vSpring Capital Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs.  This peer-selected community of elite entrepreneurs was designed to survey the Utah business community and identify which executives would most likely play an active role in building and growing successful technology or biotechnology companies in the next 5-7 years.

“The v|100 has been an effective method to help vSpring and the community to recognize leadership and innovative excellence and increase networking in the entrepreneurial community within the state,” said Dinesh Patel, managing director of vSpring Capital.

Based in Draper, Enclavix is focused on delivering software solutions aimed at helping consumers organize and manage all types of digital content, such as music, photos, and video. Enclavix is the second company co-founded and led by Ms. Davis, who sold her first company DoBox to Netopia in 2002.

"I am delighted to be included among the 2005 v|100.  It is a great and inspiring group of energetic and dedicated entrepreneurs,” explained Nicole Toomey Davis, Enclavix’s President and CEO. “Utah is coming of age as a business community and I am proud that Enclavix has been considered as one of the innovative companies to watch.”

About The v|100

Each year, members of the Utah business community are asked by vSpring to nominate individuals with ties to the state of Utah who are most likely to lead a successful startup venture in the next five to seven years in the IT (information technology) or biotech industries in a chief executive or chief technical officer role.

These nominees are then invited to participate in a confidential online survey to vote for the top 10 individuals they feel would most likely meet the selection criteria. Nominees garnering the most votes from their peers in this annual process are then elected into the v|100. The result is a community-nominated, peer-selected group of the top IT and biotech entrepreneurs in the state. These individuals are then invited to participate in an array of ongoing interactions throughout the year designed to provide increased exposure, resources and collaboration among this important group.
